Aerotherm Groove Coverage

Benefits Physical features of aerotherm’s Enhanced Cover:

A modified aerotherm coating layer helps create and maintain thermal conditions. Especially thanks to a new technology with properties such as: heat preservation, heat reflection and thermal insulation. When using the 3m microspheres, it forms a major component of the thermal coating combined with the unique airgel combination, which is the best insulation. Thermal is in the world and it creates a thermal isolate (up to 35%) with a thickness of less than 1 mm. This thermal cover is used to influence the temperature flowing to the surface (ceilings and walls of the environment) or to reduce the amount of cold and heavy moisture in the air. Especially in corners and in other rooms where the surface temperature is below the temperature of the dew point.

aerotherm ‘s thermal cover has a water-based sealant that can be used on walls, ceilings or floors. It is quick and easy to use, at least waste materials have been reported, heat-treated heat can be used in any form and material.

applications :

Residential buildings, public buildings, enclosures, industrial plants, including food, technology equipment.

Areas where the heat of the air can not be applied:

In environments that are based on water, moisture can move upwards by virtue of the capillary effect. In such a situation, the thermal coating will become wet, resulting in a loss of quality.

aerotherm and Water Coverage:

The aerotherm layer in direct contact with water should be covered with appropriate protective coatings.

aerotherm and water vapor coating:

The thermal cover should be applied behind a protective layer.

Fast and easy heating:

The modified aerotherm surface reacts to very rapid changes in temperature. It has a thermal isolation.

aerotherm generally causes thermal stability, which means it can be used to prevent heat exchanges at warm and cold levels at a significant level.

After heating the internal equipment (floor surfaces, wall areas, furniture, etc.), the operating time of the heating system can be reduced or the heating system can be completely stopped. A heating mode can be adjusted according to the internal heat capacity and how it is used, which results in significant savings as a result.

Note: It is not possible to compare only certain parameters of the environmental structure, the building in general should be reviewed.

energy saving :

aerotherm’s cover is used for walls, ceilings, or floor environments that provide the right conditions for changing thermal conditions. The inlet can gradually optimize the heating system setting according to its needs. If you consume, you do not want to change the heating mode, saving will be minimized. Most consumers who only use parts of their aerotherm ‘s have reduced the function of the heating system (they decreased 20 to 15 percent of energy consumption). Consumers who have used aerotherm everywhere have managed to reduce their consumption by up to 40% and in some cases by up to 60%.

Performance

Initial Preparation:

It is necessary to clean and prepare the surfaces before using Irotherm’s thermal coating.

Old plaster: old paints, non-adhesive layers should be removed and then coated with the primer primer. For example, in the past, for building or painting, have applied several layers of paint coatings, or if there are stains that are not recognizable on the walls, the primer of the transplant should be reused. The holes and roughness of the building should be constructed. It will not be so much if you use aerotherm material. Note that if you are using a plaster material, flatten it.

New plaster: Primer primer for smooth plastered walls. On previously painted walls, you need to figure out how strong the color is to adhere to the base, make a small portion of the wall with moist water, and then try to paint it. If the color is easy to remove, remove it. If the color is tight to the surface, just apply the transplant at the wall before using the primer. aerotherm’s thermal coating can be replaced on the final layer as the final rig on the newly plastered walls (such as plaster and plaster, etc.).

Gypsum slate: Gypsum plasterboard walls should always be coated with a primer primer to reduce surface water absorption capacity. If the wall is painted, it is necessary to understand how strong the color of the adhesion is to its base. A stable quality paint that is fully adhered to the surface is to be coated only with the primer primer, otherwise the remaining paints should be removed.

Board with directional strings osb:

The aerotherm’s thermal cover sticking perfectly to the surface of the wood, such as boards with directional strings. Prior to using the surface IROTHER, such boards should always be covered with the primer primer. It is necessary that the exact bonding (removing the slots, the joints of the concrete board, osb walls and ceilings). Otherwise, it can not be guaranteed that the bars will prevent cracking. Each piece should be tightened to a gypsum slab with a strap.

Applying aerotherm’s Cover:

Pay attention to the details, use a layer with a thickness of one millimeter of coating.

Note: There should not be any unpolluted area or areas used inadequate or discontinuous. (When it is flattened). When applying the cover to all walls or ceilings and apply it in part of the adjacent walls. So that there is no heat transfer, which results in moisture condensation in the cold transition areas in the corners. First, always mix the cover of your aerotherm’s. Put the necessary amount in a clean tank, then gradually add and clean the clean water as needed, until the concentration level is as thick as the cream. Note: Use rotary motion to mix the aerotherm. If you add anything else and do not add water to your store, you will lose its properties.

Using a toothed trowel:

You will get a look like a flat plaster. Depending on the base absorption capacity, you can gradually mix the clean water to a ratio of half a liter to one liter of air.

Use the first layer with a stainless steel trowel (6 mm for grooves, 4 mm for gypsum slabs) and then smooth it with a trowel. Create a layer with a thickness of 1 mm on a rugged wall. We do not recommend that you re-run the entire task to fix the very minor bugs. Dry surfaces that have high water absorption and lacking a primer It is possible for about 18 to 24 hours to disperse the irotemer material and leave it.

Polymerization has taken place after the irotherm has been applied. You can flatten the surface with a 2400 paper bag.

The final Irotherm layer is not designed to add thickness, but it can be re-straightened for any roughness created during the first layer’s application. If you need time, you can smooth the surface up to 12 hours.

Use a color roller:

With a paint roller, it always stays with a tissue surface from the nasal tissue to the thick. Use a tissue roller to apply the cover. Aerotherm can be diluted with different water ratios. Different levels of texture with more water make the tissue thinner. (Dilution from 5 to 35%) 2 or 3 coats with colored rollers to create a layer with a thickness of 1 mm. To apply the first layer of the substance in a ratio of 1.5 liters of water to one liter, dilute the aerotherm mixture. Do not push the roller. You can get the maximum amount of material in a wall so you can get it. After cooling the second layer can be used. Do not dilute your aerotherm mixture. If you do not want thick tissue surface, the previous coat should be dried (approx. 10 minutes later). You can lower the thickness of the texture with a wet roller with water and move the surface upwards downwards.

Applying with a spray device:

The air can be used with a low pressure spray device that does not use mechanical parts to push the material. Otherwise, it can damage the air filters in the aerotherm’s (glass microspheres in the aerotherm’s). The load pressure of the materials used should not exceed 5 megapasgs.

Determining: A liter of water to 5 liters of aerotherm

Final level of aerotherm: The surface can be further painted. According to the manufacturer, it can be colored more than 10 times without the need to disassemble and remove the coatings. On the surface of the aerotherm you can put tile, wallpaper, ceramic and gypsum slate or you can make other changes in walls and ceilings. If it is exposed to water and moisture, it is advisable to use a moisture resistant polymer based substrate.

Applying air mixtures for floor:

The use of aerotherm for flooring, the base for thermal coating, concrete, floor irrigation, gypsum slabs, gypsum boards, OSB boards, movable flooring, wooden floors, and so on … prevents heat loss.

Preparation on Foundation:

aerotherm can be used directly on the foundation to create a strong thermal step. Be sure to use a primer before using your primer to reduce water absorption. The entire crack should be filled in completely and used again on it. If the base is rugged and leaky, you should use a layer for alignment.

Possible methods to be used:

aerotherm can be applied by pouring it to the floor. With a toothbrush, using a paint roller or spray can be performed. The thickness of the thermal layer is one millimeter. The application of a vaspiring tooth can create a layer of thickness of 1 mm. The drying time of a coat is approximately 18 to 30 hours (time to temperature, base, water content used to dilute the oven) The heating coating dilution depends on the base absorption capacity. The purpose is to obtain a thick layer. When applied with a roller, the material should be very dilute.

Complete surface of aerotherm Flooring:

Floor tile: Apply a primer coating to an aerotherm surface to reduce the absorption capacity, and then the floor tile can be applied.

PVC flooring and flooring: Before installing PVC and other flooring, it is necessary to use a spinneret for thermal insulation to extend the point load and prevent any damage to the airplane.

Preparing the base for a builder: The primer is not used for a solid, absorbent surface to reduce the absorption capacity, so that the entire surface will adhere to the thermal coating.

Structural metal surfaces and components:

All metal surfaces can be used. Non-galvanized metal surfaces require anti-rust before the aerotherm runs.

Usage and use:

With a dandruff paste, flat surface is 1 liter per square meter.

Application of a colored roller from a thin layer to a thickness of 1 liter per square meter

The application of a spray device from a flat surface to sharp tissue is 1 liter per square meter + 10% spraying.

Dilution: Due to the basic capacity and method of work, water can be added gradually as follows:

To use a toothbrush: a maximum of half a liter of water to 1 liter of aerotherm

For application with a spray device: A maximum of two tenths of a liter of water is required to 1 liter of aerotherm.

Used temperature and drying time:

The recommended air temperature or base is 5 degrees Celsius to 65 degrees Celsius. The dry time depends on the air temperature and the base and humidity.

The average drying time is 18 to 24 hours. It will take 14 days for the coating to reach its final state (tightening, drying, and absorbing capacity).

Cleaning tools:

The edges as well as the residual material that has not been removed in the wet state can be washed off with warm water.

Transportation and storage:

Store storage and transport temperatures between 5 and 25 degrees. Materials should not be frozen. Protect from direct light and high temperatures.

The expiration date in the original packaging is 2 years.

Remove and dilute as soon as possible.
